Our client is one of Londons most iconic five-star hotels celebrated for its refined interiors discreet service and exceptional attention to detail. Within the hotel sit several elegant spaces including a distinguished bar beautifully appointed drawing rooms and exclusive private dining areas.
They are now seeking a truly exceptional Bar Manager to lead these outlets and drive standards at the very highest level. This role requires a very strong bar professional with gravitas technical knowledge and the ability to lead from the front.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bar Manager
- 60000 per annum (negotiable) plus up to 8000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
- Overseeing the daily operation of the bar drawing room and private dining bars
- Leading developing and inspiring a team of 17
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience across all bar spaces
- Managing stock controls and financial performance
- Elevating the beverage programme in line with five-star expectations
Youll be a great fit if you
- Have strong experience managing bars within luxury hotels or high-end venues
- Possess deep knowledge of premium spirits classic and contemporary cocktails
- Are commercially aware and confident managing a sizeable team
- Deliver service with polish presence and authority
- Thrive in an environment where standards are uncompromising
