CAMPUS VISIT COORDINATOR I
ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT

JOB SUMMARY: The Campus Visit Coordinator I plays an essential role within the Enrollment Management team by assisting with the coordination and execution of daily campus tours special events and the student ambassador program. This position ensures a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective students and families by managing tour operations scheduling and ambassador assignments.
The Campus Visit Coordinator I also supports recruitment and yield efforts by coordinating logistics for on-campus events providing timely communication to prospective students and assisting with ambassador training and supervision. Through strong organizational skills and a focus on service this role helps showcase the Universitys programs and community while contributing to overall enrollment goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (other duties may be assigned)
- Represent the University at both on- and off-campus admissions programs events and recruitment activities.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Bachelors and Graduate programs including admissions requirements processes and deadlines.
- Confidently deliver presentations to prospective students families educators and community leaders highlighting the opportunities available at UST.
- Execute follow-up communication with prospective students who attended an event through written correspondence email phone calls and text messaging.
- Accurately record interactions group visits and communications using the Universitys CRM system (Slate).
- Assists with the Student Ambassador Program including recruitment hiring training supervision and budget management throughout the fiscal year.
- Conduct campus tours if no other member of staff or student ambassadors is available.
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders in support of admissions goals.
- Support targeted call campaigns at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as needed.
- Prepare and analyze on-campus event data (including surveys) to assist recruitment initiatives with admissions leadership.
- Manage and maintain outreach/recruitment materials inventory for the Office of Admissions as needed.
- Assists Front Desk Coordinator with front desk coverage admissions email and call queue as needed.
- Assists with the coordination of social media campaigns for the Office of Admissions & Student Ambassador program.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills vibrant personality and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.
- Possess high energy attention to detail and the ability to organize effectively.
- Can manage multitasking and priorities as it pertains to engagement and recruitment.
- A valid drivers license and the employee must be able to work extended hours or weekends during peak times and for special programs projects and events.
- Able to travel and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
EDUCATION: N/A
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds and walk significant distances. Significant
evening and weekend work is necessary. Some out-of-state travel may be required.
