Job Summary
Base Pay: $21 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with consistent weekly hours available

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Howell. This position offers consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a clients independence comfort and safety at home.

What You Will Do
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support the clients daytime routine and overall well being
Assist with mobility transfers and safety in the home
Follow an individualized care plan and report any changes in condition
Maintain a respectful safe and supportive care environment
Communicate effectively with BAYADAs clinical and office teams
What We Are Looking For
Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
Availability for shifts from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Reliable punctual and committed to consistent care
Compassionate patient focused approach
Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
