Your role
As an SAP Engagement Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects and building strong long-lasting relationships with our clients.

In this role you will play a key role in:
- Understanding clients needs aligning project objectives with company goals and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.
- Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Play a central role inbuilding maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Your profile
- Minimum 10years of experience in SAP project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven ability to manage complex projectslead cross-functional teams and ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Note: You need to be Nordic-based and have fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is mandatory. Open to travel.
