Job Description

We are looking for a skilled multi-faceted and experienced Brand Communications Manager to join the Redgert team in Oslo to lead the day-to-day delivery of larger client accounts and integrated Brand Communications scopes across multiple business areas.

You will act as the primary client lead ensuring that work is delivered on time on budget and aligned with agreed strategy and KPIs. You will have plenty of room for growth and will play a crucial role in supporting the wider team in excelling in their work.

This is a multi-disciplinary role requiring core competence in PR and a strong understanding for events influencer marketing and cross-functional marketing. K

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading day-to-day delivery of larger client accounts
Acting as primary client lead in ongoing scopes
Managing budgets capacity and timelines
Leading cross-functional teams across business areas
Ensuring work is aligned with strategy and KPIs
Driving workflow efficiency and team coordination
Identifying growth and upsell opportunities
Supporting pitches and proposals
Coaching junior and mid-level team members

Skills & Requirements

To qualify you must have the right to work in Norway and a minimum of five years experience from a similar role at an agency or in-house.
