The position requires the ability to perform any of these tasks when assigned based on business priorities workload distribution and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing new contracts based on credit approval and delivering them to customers
- Assisting customers with requests related to active contracts (payments schedules insurance etc.)
- Processing asset registrations with local authorities Cooperating with the Legal team and external partners in cases involving asset repossession
- Explaining documentation pricing/quotations and product details to dealers and customers
- Issuing invoices/notifications for lease and loan contracts
- Coordinating the insurance process including claims handling with the external insurance broker
- Ensuring smooth and timely circulation of documents between dealers customers and Cat Financial
- Executing contract modifications (rescheduling assignments early buyouts)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a customer service function within a finance/banking or leasing organization (experience in a captive business model is a strong advantage)
- Bachelors degree in economics finance accounting or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Strong customer focus
- Self-driven proactive and ambitious approach to responsibilities
- Ability to learn quickly and perform well in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; teamoriented mindset
- Availability work full on-site (5 days a week)
