- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations including sales service delivery and administration
- Drive revenue growth profitability and increase market share
- Develop coach and inspire a high-performing leadership and team
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage budgets forecasts and financial performance against goals
- Implement company strategies policies and operational best practices
- Monitor KPIs and use data to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and company standards
- Build strong relationships within the local community and business partners
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred)
- 5 years of senior management or general management experience
- Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen
- Strong leadership communication and team development skills
- Experience in service-based route-based or consumer products businesses preferred
- Ability to drive change solve problems and execute strategically
- Valid drivers license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
