The Role:

A Laborer performs general maintenance repairs and grounds work throughout the addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general maintenance andgroundswork of all facilities on property and the property itself. Perform maintenance with guidance from supervisor.

• Responsible formaintaining repairing and replacing gaming table layouts with instructions provided by a supervisor.

• Basic Knowledge of the HVAC system alarm system and generators. Perform routine maintenance on the systems with instruction from supervisory personnel.

• Ability to perform basic painting plumbing electrical work carpentry and other projects relating to maintenance of the property with guidance from supervisory personnel.

• Follow outline of preventative maintenance as scheduled.

• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedureregardinglimitations.

• Keepworkarea in a clean and orderly manner.

• Adhere to regulatory departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.

• Handle routine guest complaints andincidents andexhibit theappropriate discretiontoidentifysituations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel -seekto resolve all situations in a manner thatmaintainspositive guest relationships.

• Must be able toworka flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.

• Perform other duties as assigned orreasonably requestedby any member of management.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalentis preferred

• Previousmaintenance experience is preferred.

Target Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
