Outbound tele-sales and lead generation are also primary to the Commercial Operations Manager the incumbent will be working in conjunction with other business units at NRT to be able to disseminate information about a sale and gather updates on progress. Serve as backup support to Business Solutions and Business Development team; especially when they are traveling / out of the duties/projects as assigned by managementSkills Required:Excellent proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work proactively and in a high pressure environmentExceptional organizational and multitasking skills; with the ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.A solid background with inside sales / sales support / administration preferably from an information technology environmentEmployment Requirements:Strong knowledge of MS OfficePrevious experience working with (an asset)Complete fluency in the English languageA diploma in an applicable field is preferred3years experience in a similar role#INDHP
