What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities while screening staff visitors and deliveries at assigned entrances.
• Verify identification credentials and/or appointment information; manage visitor sign-in and issue temporary passes in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct entry screening such as visual inspections package screening and/or use of screening equipment as trained; help to deter prohibited items from entering the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs communicate screening results and unusual activity to on-site personnel and perform occasional interior and/or exterior patrols to support a visible presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
