Job Summary

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forestis looking for a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing service team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy helping customers and want to build a career in the automotive industry wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally
  • Guide customers through our Express Service process (oil changes tire rotations basic maintenance etc.)
  • Accurately write repair orders and document customer concerns
  • Communicate service recommendations and timelines clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle service
  • Provide exceptional customer service from check-in to checkout
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience required (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance services is a plus
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
