Job Description:

The Heart Recovery Summer Internship is a structured hands-on learning opportunity designed for students interested in cardiovascular health and medical technology. Interns will gain exposure to multidisciplinary heart recovery programs patient-centered care models and the operational educational and research activities that support improved cardiac outcomes.

This internship provides meaningful experience in a collaborative healthcare environment while building foundational skills for careers in healthcare public health life sciences or medical technology.

Qualifications:

Required:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (e.g. engineering health sciences public health or related field)
Strong interest in cardiovascular health patient recovery or healthcare systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Preferred:

Coursework or experience related to cardiovascular health
Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare clinical research or medical technology

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
