What youll do:

Partner with the Video Director to shape and execute the vision and strategy for all video projects at Lakepointe
Lead and develop Video Producers through the full production process
Collaborate with Creative Communications and ministry teams to meet video needs
Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard aligned with the Lakepointe brand
Manage video gear equipment inventory and studio organization
Stay current with video trends and emerging technology
Oversee digital media organization and archive systems (Active NAS and backup systems)

Skills & Experience youve had:

5 years of professional experience in video production or creative media
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects including advanced motion design and compositing workflows
Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating custom animation kinetic typography and brand-driven visual systems
Working knowledge of Cinema 4D Blender and/or TouchDesigner for 3D animation and visual environments
Expert-level understanding of audio mixing and mastering for video and broadcast standards
Strong musical instinct with the ability to edit music manipulate stems craft remixes and build cinematic sound design
Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of storytelling pacing and visual composition
Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
Strong organization within shared storage environments (SAN ODA or similar systems)
