What youll do:
- Partner with the Video Director to shape and execute the vision and strategy for all video projects at Lakepointe
- Lead and develop Video Producers through the full production process
- Collaborate with Creative Communications and ministry teams to meet video needs
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard aligned with the Lakepointe brand
- Manage video gear equipment inventory and studio organization
- Stay current with video trends and emerging technology
- Oversee digital media organization and archive systems (Active NAS and backup systems)
Skills & Experience youve had:
- 5 years of professional experience in video production or creative media
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects including advanced motion design and compositing workflows
- Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating custom animation kinetic typography and brand-driven visual systems
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D Blender and/or TouchDesigner for 3D animation and visual environments
- Expert-level understanding of audio mixing and mastering for video and broadcast standards
- Strong musical instinct with the ability to edit music manipulate stems craft remixes and build cinematic sound design
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of storytelling pacing and visual composition
- Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
- Strong organization within shared storage environments (SAN ODA or similar systems)
