Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Helping with various personal care services as necessary to meet the patients needs up to and including assistance with bathing and toileting dressing grooming and oral hygiene
- Providing assistance with daily tasks including but not limited to: feeding meal preparation linen changes light housekeeping transportation to appointments outdoor activities and running errands/shopping
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior caregiving or health care experience strongly preferred
