The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

Your role

At Capgemini Invent we help our clients imagine and build whats next. As the innovation and transformation powerhouse of the Capgemini Group we combine strategy technology data science and creative design to solve the most complex business and technology challenges.

This role offers a unique opportunity to own lead and expand a strategic client relationship within the Consumer Product & Retail sector. You will act as a trusted advisor guiding the client through transformation initiatives tailored to their specific market challenges. Your responsibility includes understanding their priorities designing solutions that leverage Capgemini Groups global strengths and deepening the partnership to deliver tangible business value and measurable outcomes. The role is fully dedicated to this one prioritized account which is one of the most important within the CPR portfolio making it both highly visible and strategically significant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own & Grow Strategic Client Relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives for this dedicated account challenging and guiding their strategic direction.
Develop a deep understanding of clients priorities and leverage Capgeminis global capabilities to shape relevant value-driving solutions.
Drive Commercial Growth
Lead business development initiatives within this account from identifying new opportunities to shaping proposals and closing strategic deals.
Expand and grow this key account building long-term partnerships centered on measurable business outcomes.
Shape & Deliver Tailored Transformations
Design and oversee transformation programs across digital commercial operational and sustainability domains.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across the Capgemini Group to bring integrated innovative solutions.
Lead with Vision
Bring thought leadership on consumer trends retail disruption sustainability digital commerce data-driven operations and AI-enabled growth.
Represent Capgemini Invent in the CPR market through executive engagements events and industry forums.
Cultivate High-Performing Teams
Lead mentor and develop consultants at all levels.
Foster an inclusive collaborative and innovative culture across the Invent community.

Your profile

Your Profile
You are a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the Consumer Products or Retail sector ideally in consulting transformation leadership or executive roles. You bring:
Extensive CPR industry experience with deep insight into market trends digital developments and operational or commercial levers.
Strong commercial drive with demonstrable success in business development client account ownership and sustained growth.
Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships at C level.
Proven leadership in delivering complex transformations ranging from digital and data driven change to operating model redesign or sustainability initiatives.
A strong academic foundation ideally at Masters level within business engineering economics or a related field.
Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.

In line with our trust-based culture Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model and for this role you will be based in our attractively located office in Malmö with readiness to travel to our clients sites when needed.
