Job Description

Were looking for a Project Manager / Producer who is great at keeping multiple projects moving creating structure following up and making sure things actually get done. You would work across physical consumer products global collaborations and brand-led projects with many moving parts. A big part of the role is to bring clarity coordinate stakeholders and keep momentum across timelines approvals documentation and delivery.

This is a hands-on role close to the day-to-day work for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things together spots gaps early and makes sure projects stay aligned and on track.

What youll be doing

Coordinate and track several projects from brief to delivery
Work closely with internal teams external partners and stakeholders
Run meetings follow up on actions and keep momentum across projects
Manage documentation status updates approvals and project flow
Support budget follow-up together with relevant leads
Help make sure brand guidelines and deliverables stay aligned

Likely background

Producer Project Manager Production Manager Licensing Manager or similar
Experience from consumer products licensing merchandising
or from a retail fashion or publishing environment where branded products approvals and cross-functional coordination have been a natural part of the role
Comfortable working in structured fast-moving global setups with lots of stakeholders
Used to balancing timelines priorities and details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Strong written and spoken English

This role is less about setting high-level strategy and more about driving progress creating order and making sure projects move forward in a clear and reliable way.

Practical

This is a temporary role with a 18 month contract starting as soon as possible. The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office.
