YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Back End Java Developer to join our teams in Lisbon or Porto.
- Design develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot Java 17 and Hibernate
- Ensure reliability security and scalability of applications
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend features
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices using Java Spring frameworks
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce best practices
- Implement unit integration and performance testing
- Work closely with frontend developers business analysts and testers
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering Informatics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot Java 17 Hibernate Cloud & Microservice Architecture
- Experience in SQL database management
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito Test containers)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Ansible Git GitLab)
- Strong expertise in API development (RESTful APIs Swagger)
- Knowledge of version control & Agile methodologies (Git GitLab Scrum)
- English and portuguese fluent
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
