YOU ROLE
We are looking for a Java Developer (Kotlin) to join our development team in Lisbon (hybrid work).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the migration of insurance software from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Kotlin in a desktoporiented environment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure highquality delivery.
- Troubleshoot optimize and improve system performance throughout the migration process.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience with Java and Kotlin (desktoporiented development)
- Previous work with software migration ideally to microservices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in hybrid teams
- English level B2
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon
