What Drives Success
Under direct supervision performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.
Performs basic assembly fabrication production and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment. May perform simple measurement/test operations.
What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge. Follows strict specifications. Basic mechanical ability. Able to read write accurately read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to move up to 50 pounds.
What We Offer
Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role is$20.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
