Job Summary
The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a part -time ( 0.5 FTE) temporary Online(Teacher-Directed) Junior High English/Sr High Math & Options T eacher with the possibility of home education and other classes based on the interests and background of the successful candidateat the NorthStar Academy. This position commence s as soon as possible and ends June 30 2026.
NSA is an alternate status Grade 1-12 online and home education school focusing on the growth of Christian faith in students and staff. Please provide a brief description of how your training and background has prepared you to teach your students in this Christian education context.
Only those applicants who are able to teach according to a philosophy of Christian education and in a manner consistent with the NSA statement of faith should apply. Details of the statement of faith can be found at NSA Statement of Faith.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong 21st century teaching skills including learning design that ensures high student engagement critical thinking skills inquiry and the use of technology as a learning tool.
