Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Document Control
In this role you will manage and control all project documentation within the EDMS ensuring accuracy compliance and timely updates across the document lifecycle. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to perform technical review register track archive and maintain all required documents efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform document registration version control and ensure accuracy of all project documentation.
Work on technical document reviews to verify document compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and compile customer Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and ensure timely submission.
Maintain structured archiving and efficient retrieval of documents within the EDMS.
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and verify required documentation.
Monitor document lifecycle progress and follow up with suppliers for updated or revised documents.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B. Tech or B.E. Graduate (Preferably Mechanical).
Good years of experience in Document Control Management.
Must have knowledge of manufacturing process methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of engineering drawings and project specifications
Working experience in tools like Oracle/SAP would be an added advantage.
Experience in manufacturing industry.
Ability to operate with global suppliers and team members.
