JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Behrends Student Leadership and Involvement is seeking applicants for part-time job of Staff Assistant of the Smith Chapel.
Job duties to include:
- Supporting the Mission of the Smith Chapel and Student Leadership and Involvement
- Assist with budget administration and funding management
- Manage general chapel operations including room reservations and work orders (Maintenance IT catering etc.)
- Provide logistical support for events and programs
- Supervise student workers
- Support wedding coordination of the Smith Chapel
- Support the Lion Pantry Penn State Behrends student food pantry
- Coordinate management of the Commuter Lounge
This position is part time 20 hours per week.
The starting rate for this job is $18.00
