Job Summary

Overview

This role will support general ledger accounting and month-end close activities in a multi-entity international environment. The organization is currently undergoing an ERP implementation creating an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to gain exposure to complex accounting operations and systems

Compensation:
$70000 - $85000 base bonus

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare supporting schedules including prepaids and bank reconciliations
Support accounts payable and expense processing as needed
Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
Work within ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate reporting
Participate in process improvements and special projects

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required
2-4 years of accounting experience
Experience with general ledger and reconciliations
Strong understanding of basic GAAP principles
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
