Job Summary
We are searching for a Salesforce Administrator residing in Texas (within 1 hour of Austin preferred) for a hybrid project working on our W2 with our Austin Texas client contributing to their Salesforce vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies.
You will work as part of a team with responsibilities including:
* Troubleshoot key product team implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution.
* Review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate the impacts to clients current applications orgs and solutions.
* Identification and proactive management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
* Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level
* Drive several applications teams through applying the best technical practices
* Advise on the Implementation of HHSCs Org recommendations and Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP) modernization plan
* Partner with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to multiple business problems
Preferred Skills
* Demonstrabled knowledge of the capabilities and features of Service Cloud.
* One or more Salesforce Certifications like:
- Salesforce Admin
- Advanced Admin
- Platform Builder
- Technical Architect.
* Proven experience and ability to develop custom configured Salesforce LPI Visualforce and Lightning applications on the platform
* Salesforce Org management
