We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sound Chief of Staff for our Sales Solutions Marketing team within LinkedIns Marketing organization. This individual will act as a thought partner and drive the day-to-day execution of key priorities serving as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of Marketing Sales Solutions and their leadership team. This role will be instrumental in advancing the strategic priorities and narrative of the organization while ensuring operational excellence through effective processes and a robust rhythm of business.
The individual should have a strong operational mindset ability to understand and connect with people and teams experience in marketing or working within marketing organisations exceptional communications skills an AI-first mindset that drives how they work & achieve impact. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive confidential and non-routine information have attention to detail be open minded to challenge the status quo and be able to balance quality with getting things done.
The Chief of Staff is a key member of the LSS Marketing leadership team participating in strategy discussions leading key initiatives driving team operations measuring and communicating results. They will also be a part of the Marketing & Strategy Chief of Staff community to help connect strategy operations and relationships across the global organization. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution:
Partner with the VP of LSS Marketing to drive the strategic agenda and narrative for the organization.
Develop and implement practical action plans that drive significant impact.
Participate in strategy discussions lead key initiatives and facilitate business planning and execution.
Understand and align business operations with broader organizational goals.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure operational excellence by establishing and maintaining efficient processes.
Drive a structured approach to operations ensuring precision and efficiency.
Handle highly sensitive confidential and non-routine information with discretion.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish an internal and external narrative that outlines Marketings impact on LinkedIn Sales Solutions growth
Keep the team engaged and focused ensuring alignment and support from cross-functional stakeholders.
Inspire excellence from yourself and business partners in a rapidly changing organization.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a key member of the Sales Solutions Marketing leadership team facilitating communication and collaboration.
Communicate results effectively both within the team and to broader stakeholders.
Be an expert communicator to drive engagement and alignment across the team.
Innovation & Technology:
Leverage a passion for technology to appreciate and understand the teams work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and best-in-class marketing.

Budgetary and Financial Proficiency:
Plan and manage the budget for the LSS Marketing team ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Monitor budget variance and make informed recommendations on resource and headcount allocation and reallocation.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making and drive cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
8 years experience in operations strategy management program management or marketing/communication roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and leading complex strategic and operational initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Systems thinker with a proven AI-first mindset
Experience building repeatable scalable models that can flex to business needs
Ability to move and operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create effective relationships influence and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving strategic and analytical skills
Experience working in or closely with a large-scale marketing team
Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a rapidly evolving environment
