Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:Work directly with the AT&T LABS team to elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements across RAN RF and LBS domains.

• Application Development:Engage in the design development deployment and unit testing of applications supporting services like E911 Wireless Emergency Alerts and FirstNet.

• Systems Design & Architecture:Contribute to overall system and application architecture including data analytics solutions using languages such as Java Python and C#; incorporate GIS mapping where applicable.

• Backend & Frontend Development:Utilize backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate and create user interfaces with modern frontend technologies like HTML5 CSS Angular Bootstrap and TypeScript.

• Database Management:Work with various databases including Snowflake MariaDB and Oracle to support robust data-driven applications.

• Agile & DevOps Practices:Apply agile methodologies in web application and microservices development leveraging automation pipelines comprehensive testing and cloud deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.

• GenAI/ML Analytics:Develop and integrate GenAI and machine learning analytics to address RAN requirements and enhance application intelligence.

• CI/CD Automation:Enhance CI/CD automation tools and processes for efficient and reliable feature and application deployment using Azure DevOps.

• Documentation:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation throughout the development process.

Technical Expertise Required

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in backend development with Java (Spring Boot Hibernate) and frontend development using HTML5 CSS Angular Bootstrap and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with application development deployment and unit testing.

• Strong understanding of database systems including Snowflake MariaDB and Oracle.

• Familiarity with GIS mapping technologies.

• Experience with agile methodologies Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud deployment using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.

• Ability to develop and integrate GenAI and ML analytics for telecom applications.

Desired Skills:

• Additional programming experience in Python and C#.

• Experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with CI/CD automation enhancement and best practices for large-scale deployments.
