- Maintain accurate employee records documentation and HR compliance standards
- Assist with onboarding induction and workforce integration for new employees
- Coordinate attendance tracking shift rosters and manpower records to support operational continuity
- Support supervisors in handling routine employee matters queries and documentation
- Assist in managing employee relations issues and escalating matters appropriately to the People Manager
- Maintain organized HR data reports and personnel files for operational visibility
- Support learning and development coordination focused on safety process discipline and technical competence
- Ensure proper documentation for performance management and workforce actions
- Promote a professional and supportive work environment through consistent HR presence on the factory floor
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
- 36 years HR or people operations experience within FMCG food processing agro-processing or industrial manufacturing
- Experience supporting workforce management in a shift-based factory environment
- Good understanding of HR documentation employee records and compliance practices
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to work closely with supervisors and operational teams in a factory setting
