Your place in our story

The Assistant Site Superintendentis responsible forsupporting the Site Superintendent with a strong focus onprocessthrougha timelyand effective site program to ensure the goals andobjectivesof development are achieved.

Hereshowyoullcontribute

Plans and reviewsspecifications;
Assistin developing construction schedule and site managementplan;
Review in advance the set up including enclosures officesaccessandutilities;
Monitors and implement efforts tomaintainschedules;
Monitors good housekeeping and maintenance of the site managementplan;
Ensures site safety program is adhered to by ALL parties throughout the entire site and the entire constructionschedule;
Coordinates all activity between trades andsuppliers;
Maintains daily comprehensive logs and ensure effective sitemeetings;
Implements andmaintainsa quality control program by setting standards with the use of mock-ups at all stages ofconstruction;
Implements programs to ensure accuracy and quality control for all in-suite finishes andupgrades;
Ensures accuracy of all trade progresscertificates;
Ensures tradesmaintainupdated As Built Commissioning Occupancy and WarrantyPrograms;
Co-ordinates and implements procedures with all governing authorities and consultants to obtain the schedule occupancypermit;
Coordinates with all the trades and consultants the commissioning of all equipment in an effective andtimelymanner;

A minimum of 1-3 years related work experience

Hiring payrange:$65000-$80000 a year
