Reservations Agent (Luxury & MultiProperty Portfolio)

We are seeking a highly professional and detailoriented Reservations Agent with proven experience in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering personalised hightouch service maintaining accuracy under pressure and managing reservations across a multiproperty portfolio. Experience in safari lodges or safari travel operations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Handle reservation enquiries across multiple channels with personalised service.

Provide expert guidance on room categories property features packages and activities.

Manage multiproperty availability and optimise yield.

Create detailed itineraries including transfers and bespoke experiences.

Maintain accurate records in PMS/CRM systems.

Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless guest service.

Maximise revenue through upselling and crossselling.

Support accurate forecasting and data integrity.

Provide safarirelated advice when applicable.

Skills & Competencies

Strong luxury hospitality reservations experience.

Ability to work across multiple properties simultaneously.

Safari knowledge advantageous.

Excellent communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong customer service and organisational skills.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

23 years in luxury hotel/lodge reservations.

Multiproperty experience preferred.

Hospitality qualification advantageous.
