Job Summary

Pathways is hiring an Implementation Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead implementation efforts across healthcare facilities to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Conduct facility-based training sessions (virtual and in-person) for frontline providers and staff
Facilitate and lead recurring virtual office hours to support end users
Track and monitor training attendance and engagement metrics
Assist in updating and refining training materials job aids and implementation documentation
Address clinical questions and concerns from frontline providers in a timely and professional manner
Monitor user feedback and communicate themes challenges and improvement opportunities
Ensure alignment with clinical documentation requirements medical decision-making standards and quality measures
Present implementation updates and outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
Apply implementation science frameworks to support sustainable adoption
