Job Summary

Description

As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 4 here at Honeywell you will play a vital role in the logistics and supply chain operations of our aerospace products. Your expertise will ensure the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of materials contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Youll work out of our Clearwater Florida location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the supply chain processes by ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently which is essential for maintaining production schedules and meeting customer demands.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving operations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 plus years of experience in shipping and receiving operations preferably in an aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory management systems.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
  • 5 plus years of experience in shipping and receiving with a focus on aerospace products.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in all operations.
  • Previous experience with SAP is highly valued.
  • Flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays.
