Job Description
As a Security Officer - Flex Communications Driver in Montgomery AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Learn more: Join Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location as a Dispatch Officer supporting day to day security-related operations from the communications center. You will monitor systems track patrol activity route calls for service document incidents and communicate clearly with onsite teams and property staff. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license offering a fast paced role where agility teamwork and integrity matter.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor alarms access control activity and camera systems as assigned documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel per post orders.
- Receive calls for service and radio traffic dispatching officers and/or maintenance and management contacts to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate responses to incidents such as unauthorized access disturbances and fire or trouble alarms assisting with notifications to local emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate reports and logs maintain shift activity records and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security experience is required.
- Be 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
