Seniornest Homecare is expanding with intention. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that exceptional caregivers are the foundation of exceptional client experiences.

The Opportunity

You will lead caregiver recruitment and play a central role in shaping the workforce that supports our clients and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and caregivers

  • Building and maintaining a consistent high-quality talent pipeline

  • Conducting professional values-aligned interviews

  • Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience

  • Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs

  • Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization

  • Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts

Growth Path

As Seniornest continues to expand this role has the potential to evolve into a Director of Talent Acquisition position overseeing recruiting strategy team development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • 13 years recruiting experience (healthcare strongly preferred)

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hireology Indeed etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
