As a supporting member of the Group Sustainability Division the Sustainability Intern will assist the Communication & Engagement Director and the Deployment Officer in the design coordination and implementation of sustainability initiatives. The intern will contribute to communication projects operational deployment and knowledge-sharing activities gaining hands-on experience in both strategic and operational aspects of corporate sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Support: Assist in drafting sustainability content for internal and external channels including newsletters presentations and toolkits.
- Event & Engagement Assistance: Contribute to the organization of sustainability-related events workshops and challenges supporting logistics and communication.
- Toolkit & Training Contribution: Help update and harmonize sustainability toolkits guidelines and training materials to ensure accessibility and coherence across hotels and regions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the documentation and dissemination of best practices and success stories across the Group.
- Project Coordination: Provide administrative and organizational support to ongoing sustainability projects ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with Group priorities.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program (Sustainability Communication Hospitality Management or related field) you speak fluent English and French and demonstrate:
- Strong interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility with motivation to learn both strategic and operational aspects.
- Good communication and writing skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to explore sustainability data and field insights.
- Team spirit and adaptability comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across brands regions and functions.
- Creativity and initiative eager to contribute ideas and support innovative sustainability engagement.
