[FCM] Property, Facilities & Asset Security Executive

• Support physical security services and asset protection activities to ensure effective daily operations and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain access management key management and security patrol processes to ensure controlled access and site security in line with approved procedures.
• Operate and supervise daily security guard activities including access control rostering coordination incident handling and routine reporting to maintain consistent security coverage.
• Operate and monitor security systems and tools including CCTV access control intruder alarm and related facilities management systems to ensure system availability and proper usage.
• Maintain and control company security-related assets CCTV and access control systems in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as internal departments service providers and Facilities teams to support service quality improvement and effective security operations.
• Support compliance activities by updating and applying Bosch and other PRS requirements and preparing documentation for ISO 9001 ISO 27001 and other relevant audits.
• Provide first-response support for security-related emergencies and urgent situations on a 24-hour basis following established processes and escalation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards regulatory requirements company policies and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Security Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications in security management (e.g. ASIS PSP) are advantageous.
• Experience in corporate security asset management or facilities administration preferably within a multinational organization.
