Job Summary

Support physical security services and asset protection activities to ensure effective daily operations and issue resolution.
Implement and maintain access management key management and security patrol processes to ensure controlled access and site security in line with approved procedures.
Operate and supervise daily security guard activities including access control rostering coordination incident handling and routine reporting to maintain consistent security coverage.
Operate and monitor security systems and tools including CCTV access control intruder alarm and related facilities management systems to ensure system availability and proper usage.
Maintain and control company security-related assets CCTV and access control systems in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as internal departments service providers and Facilities teams to support service quality improvement and effective security operations.
Support compliance activities by updating and applying Bosch and other PRS requirements and preparing documentation for ISO 9001 ISO 27001 and other relevant audits.
Provide first-response support for security-related emergencies and urgent situations on a 24-hour basis following established processes and escalation procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards regulatory requirements company policies and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Security Management Business Administration or a related field.
Professional certifications in security management (e.g. ASIS PSP) are advantageous.
Experience in corporate security asset management or facilities administration preferably within a multinational organization.
