Job Summary
Join the team at Sands Chevrolet Surprise as an Automotive Recondition Technician in Surprise this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring vehicles are thoroughly inspected repaired and restored to meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. Your expertise will help maintain the appearance and functionality of our vehicles contributing to an excellent customer experience and the reputation of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify and address cosmetic and mechanical issues
- Ensure all reconditioned vehicles meet dealership quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to coordinate timely reconditioning of inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Keep the reconditioning area clean organized and safe.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive reconditioning or repair.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools and equipment.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
