QHSE Data Specialist

SUMMARY:

The QHSE Data Specialist supports implementation of Motions Industries Quality Health Safety & environment initiatives by monitoring evaluating calculating and tracking QHSE and corporate responsibility measures within our systems while supporting our internal and external customers through administrative tasks.

JOB DUTIES

• Assists with data collection management analysis quality assurance & verification.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding data requirements.
• Creates standard reporting and reporting dashboards on a variety of sustainability metrics.
• Assists with program analysis and recommendations for sustainability programs pilot expansions and improvements.
• Supports creation of annual sustainability report and carbon disclosure program.
• Compiles retail peer environmental benchmarking data including metrics emissions reduction efforts and sustainability disclosures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelors degree preferably in Business Marketing Supply Chain Sustainability or related field.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES

• Ability to connect data and create visualizations utilizing SQL Qlik Tableau Power BI or other related programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to build effective relationships and interact with a variety of individuals and departments.
• Strong project management skills including time management taking initiative and meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
