What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Member Service Advisor to join our Oliver Branch. As a Member Service Advisor at Beem you play a vital role in driving our companys financial success. By addressing our members core needs with excellence you not only enhance their experience but also identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell additional products and services.
What youll do:
- Open accounts process investments & lending transactions.
- Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
- Process member transactions such as deposits withdrawals transfers bill payments wires drafts term deposits etc.
- Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit ATM balancing Night Deposit etc.
- Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.
What youll bring:
- 1-3 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment
- Basic understanding of credit products and procedures
- Knowledgeable in full range of investment products
- Financial planning courses considered an asset
- High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
