Role Summary and Impact

As an Insights & Analytics Senior Associate your primary mission is to guarantee the integrity flow and visualization of marketing data. This is achieved by technically implementing measurement architectures and automating processes to transform raw data from diverse platforms into dynamic reporting ecosystems and high-impact dashboards. The role involves executing technical measurement plans configuring tagging and conversion pixels to ensure data traceability. Furthermore you will maintain ETL processes to integrate data signals into data warehouses aiming to reduce report update times. A key aspect is developing strategic integrated dashboards for multichannel performance comparison delivering interactive and valuable insights to clients. Ultimately through processing large datasets to identify trends anomalies and optimization opportunities this role generates crucial findings that directly impact the efficiency of marketing campaigns and the overall client business.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 yearsof professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiencyin SQL Python and Cloud environments (e.g. GCP/AWS).
  • Deep knowledgeof GA4 GTM and ad-tech platforms.
  • High proficiencyin dashboarding tools (Looker Studio Power BI).
  • Experience intechnical measurement architecture ETL and strategic dashboard development.
  • Ability toanalyze large datasetsto identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Extreme attention to detailand strong teamwork skills (agile methodologies preferred).
  • Backgroundin Engineering (Systems Industrial Data) Statistics or Mathematics.
  • Desired certificationsin GA4 Cloud (GCP/AWS) or visualization tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
