Supervisor Operations

Work Reporting to the Operations Coordinator you will lead a team that undertakes operational and maintenance activities to ensure efficient and delivery of services in accordance with business processes and compliance requirements. You will ensure the team is competent and complying with Environmental and Regulatory requirements for their roles alongside relevant Sunwater policies standards and business rules.

As the Supervisor Operations you will:

• Ensure that subcontractor management processes are followed and supervision of on-site contractors to ensure safe working methods and delivery
• Provide support and guidance to Operators performing fault analysis of operational and maintenance issues
• Work collaboratively with customers to build ongoing relationships which includes communicating key information such as supply interruptions
• Manage a major industry pipeline/customer also urban supply for regional township
• Manage 2 major referable dams

Please note that due to the nature of this role there will be a 1 in 3 on-call roster which may include some weekend work.

Were seeking an experienced operational leader with a passion for safely delivering highquality services across dam channel and scheme operations. Youll be confident guiding a team through daytoday operational and maintenance activities support fault analysis and problemsolving and ensure compliance with environmental regulatory and WHS requirements.

You will also bring:

• 7 years experience in a similar role including 2 years supervisory experience
• Cert 3 Water Operations
• Class C drivers license
• Confined Space and Working at Heights Tickets
