Warehouse Supervisor (Picking & Dispatch)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Picking & Dispatch operations at our Kings Park site.

This is a hands on role focused on driving picking accuracy improving inventory control and ensuring smooth day to day dispatch operations. You will play a key role in leading the team maintaining high standards and delivering strong operational results.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the Picking & Packing team to ensure high accuracy stock quality and overall performance
• Accuracy & Inventory Control: Drive reductions in NCRs and inventory variances through improved picking packing and warehouse practices
• Dispatch & Order Management: Manage dispatch operations and ensure timely processing of production sales and service orders in SAP
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor warehouse performance and report on key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Operations & Process Improvement: Coordinate daily operations including staffing and workload allocation while identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Safety Compliance & Standards: Maintain a safe clean work environment ensure HSE compliance and embed strong housekeeping and 5S practices

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory control dispatch and accuracy
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems with solid computer skills across Microsoft Office
• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Strong focus on safety and drives safe work practices across the team
• Certificate III or IV in Warehousing Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable)
