About the role:In this senior advisory role youllmanagetheexecution ofstrategicorganisational and business unit initiativesand provide specialist inputand delivera broad range of People & Developmentpriorities.Youllwork in close partnership with leaders and teams helping translate strategy into action while mentoring and supporting People Advisers along the way.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the delivery ofstrategic people initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
• Partnerwith business unitleadersto codesign and deliver tailored people solutions
• Monitorand evaluatePeople & Development programs to drive continuous improvement
• MentorandguidePeople Advisers to ensure consistenthigh qualitydelivery
• Contributeto policy development and strategic workforce planning
• Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities shift

Youllbring:

• A tertiary qualification in HR BusinessPsychologyor a related discipline
• 8 years experience in Human Resources ideally with business partnering or a specialist background
• Experience working in a heavy industry environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams
• Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a collaborative mindset

• Solutionsfocused continuous improvement approach
• Strong coaching influencing presentation and listening skills
• Ability to analyse and simplify complex information
• Systems thinking and confidence using data and technology to inform decisions
