About the role:In this senior advisory role youllmanagetheexecution ofstrategicorganisational and business unit initiativesand provide specialist inputand delivera broad range of People & Developmentpriorities.Youllwork in close partnership with leaders and teams helping translate strategy into action while mentoring and supporting People Advisers along the way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery ofstrategic people initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
- Partnerwith business unitleadersto codesign and deliver tailored people solutions
- Monitorand evaluatePeople & Development programs to drive continuous improvement
- MentorandguidePeople Advisers to ensure consistenthigh qualitydelivery
- Contributeto policy development and strategic workforce planning
- Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities shift

Youllbring:
- A tertiary qualification in HR BusinessPsychologyor a related discipline
- 8 years experience in Human Resources ideally with business partnering or a specialist background
- Experience working in a heavy industry environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a collaborative mindset
Youreknown for your:
- Solutionsfocused continuous improvement approach
- Strong coaching influencing presentation and listening skills
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex information
- Systems thinking and confidence using data and technology to inform decisions
