An exciting opportunity is available to join our Organisational Development team on a 12month fixedterm basis covering parental leave. Working within the People and Culture Directorate youll be part of a collaborative and forwardthinking team that delivers Universitywide initiatives and targeted interventions to enhance employee experience strengthen capability and support a positive highperforming workplace culture.

Your New Role!

As an Organisational Development Consultant you will partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver priority organisational development and change initiatives aligned to the People Strategy. Reporting to the Manager Capability and Culture this 12month fixedterm role will focus on enhancing probation and performance frameworks embedding practical change and consultation principles translating employee survey insights into meaningful action and leading the scoping phase of a contemporary rewards and recognition framework.

This Fixed Term (12 Months) Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of HEW0808 $114K $130K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational development human resources business or a related field (professional certification desirable).
  • Experience delivering organisational development and/or change initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Sound knowledge of organisational development principles with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Clear confident communicator with the ability to translate insights into practical outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities work collaboratively and build strong stakeholder relationships.
