are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Program Manager QC Tech (Quick Commerce) for our Amazon Last Mile team. This unique role will focus on developing deploying and supporting new programs and continuous improvement initiatives for our Dark Stores with the goal of increasing station and associate productivity improving operations quality and efficiency and enhancing the associate and end customer experience through scalable solutions that meet the Japan markets unique needs while driving worldwide standards.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage pilot expansion and support of technology programs across the Japan network
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams at all level of the organization including operations product engineering and quality teams to design and implement technical and process solutions
- Develop a thorough understanding of station operations and Dive Deep into data to analyze performance and determine program strategy

- This role bridges the cutting-edge technology and the logistics operations having a direct impact on Gemba and Customers.
- The role gives you an opportunity to disrupt business model with innovative technology at Amazon and make an impact in Japan market.
- The position lets you bring in the global latest technology to Japan and be a part of discussion on future roadmap to address local needs while partnering with counterparts in various regions like U.S. EU and India.
- You will work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues that are diverse in culture nationality background etc.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in project/program management supply chain and/or inventory management
- Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Masters degree or MBA
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel SQL Tableau Python
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to Dive Deep to identify root cause and develop innovative solutions for technical and process challenges
