Job Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficiency and deadline compliance
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide regular updates to supervisors
- Coordinate with internal departments vendors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow
- Follow up on pending assignments to ensure timely execution
- Maintain task management systems trackers and documentation
- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
- Adjust schedules and priorities based on changing business needs
- Ensure alignment between short-term activities and long-term objectives
- Prepare reports and summaries related to task progress and performance
- Serve as a central communication point to ensure clarity and accountability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in coordination administrative or support roles
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in task management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
