As an Instructional Designer at Prime Property Management you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective training programs for our employees. Design and develop interactive online training modules courses and resources for various departments within the organization.

Create instructional materials such as manuals guides and online tutorials to support learning objectives.
Implement best practices in instructional design adult learning theory and e-learning technologies.
Evaluate training programs effectiveness through assessments feedback and analysis of learning outcomes.
Update and revise existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instructional design to enhance training strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or related field.
Demonstrated experience in creating e-learning materials and instructional content.
Proficiency in instructional design software and learning management systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus.
Previous work in a remote or virtual work environment.
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $120000 - $135000 per year.
