Job Description
As a Security Guard Armed Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location you will conduct routine patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond to alarms and service calls with clear communication and professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license and an armed role requiring Level III Armed Certification. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to site personnel and authorized visitors by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Perform armed access control duties at an aerospace and defense location by verifying credentials controlling entry and exit points and documenting visitor activity per site requirements.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities grounds and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
- Complete detailed reports and logs including incident documentation shift activity reports and chain-of-custody entries for recovered items in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
- Have an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
