The Early Childhood Development (ECD) practitionerwillbe responsible forcreating a nurturing and stimulating a learning environment for young children fostering their emotional social and cognitive development. Required Skills:

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

Planand implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the principles of early childhood education
Implement thecurriculum that focuses on cognitive social emotional and physical development
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire young learners

Classroom Management::

Create a positive inclusive classroom atmosphere
Use effectivebehaviormanagement for respect and cooperation
Encourage collaboration and teamwork for a sense of community

Assessment and Progress Tracking:

Continuously assess each childs progress
Keepaccuraterecords of achievements and areas for improvement
Communicate effectively with parents about their childs development

Parental Involvement:

Build rapport with parents through regular communication
Hold conferences to discuss childrens development and concerns
Offer resources for home learning support

Safety and Well-being:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
Implement health and safety protocolsin accordance withregulatory standards
Respond promptly to any safety concerns and communicate effectively with parents and administrators
