Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a popular and over-subscribed school in Salisbury with an ASAP start. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the site is safe secure and well maintained at all times.
The successful Site Manager will oversee site maintenance health & safety compliance contractor management and premises development. You will manage site staff where applicable and work closely with senior leadership to ensure the school environment supports high standards of teaching and learning.
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager or Facilities professional who is organised hands-on and confident managing a large and active secondary school site.
