Premises Manager to lead and oversee all site and facilities operations
Full-time position ASAP start
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Premises Manager to join a thriving secondary school in Hereford with an ASAP start. This is a senior operational role responsible for ensuring the school site is safe secure compliant and well maintained at all times.
The successful Premises Manager will oversee day-to-day site management health & safety compliance contractor coordination planned maintenance and premises development projects. You will manage site staff where applicable and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the school.
This role would suit an experienced Premises Manager or Facilities professional who is confident managing a large active site and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Premises Manager Site Manager or Facilities Manager (school experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Practical organised and confident in a leadership capacity
